I think this is a good idea. this is could because i think the population law is pointless. Also i think having this law is unfair and the food shortage can be avoided. Jen should stand up for her rights because the Declaration of independace said that all man should be eqaul. Nobody should lose their rights even if you are a shadow child. Besides i don't think it is Jen and Lukes fault that they were the third child so they shouln't be punished.
